A temporary fix is to have a browse button that opens the dialog, and an add
button that gives you a text input dialog.

Currently, I don't have the time for doing a patch.
And furthermore, I only have the QT3 development tools installed, and if I'm
not mistaken, they cannot be used for changing the LyX dialog as they are
not compatible with QT2.
