A bit, but all I can offer is to put the cursor immediately in front of the
inset as "directly going to the start of the enclosing paragraph" would
need more code in areas I do not want to touch right now.
What we would need is some sort of FINISED_BUT_UNDISPATCHED status
as return from the inset or and IMO this would be better to rethink
all this strategy so that we should be able to only return DISPATCHED
or UNDISPATCHED from the inset. Shouldn't be to hard but this may be
a thought for 1.4.0.
