It works... sort of. There's still some behaviour inconsistency. If you are not on a math inset, the first ctrl-up moves you to the start of the paragraph, subsequent ones to the start of previous paragraphs. When on the math insert, the first ctrl-up behaves as a simple up (you go somewhere in the middle of the previous line), then next one to the start of this paragraph, an then subsequent ones behave as before.
