The people able and needing to debug .tex are more than capable of
adding a menu entry. The people who wouldn't even think of changing the
menus are the ones who will need this option least. Therefore, it should
go.

I can't say I'm happy about you sneaking the UI in under our noses. What
you think we wouldn't notice ?
