I get an internal compiler error at the very start of lyx compilation. While I realize, that this bug is probably at gcc, it should still be worked around by lyx, as very few people will upgrade from gcc-3.2 to get a working lyx-1.3.
The error did come up several times, so I think it is software related and not e.g. bad RAM. Anyone else affected?
