math warning with German user manual

Hi Andre,

when you load the German user manual with 1.2.2cvs *for the second time*, you get the following console message:

we cannot handle recursive macros at all.

It does not matter whether you close the manual before the second load or you just overwrite it. Looks like the interal status of mathed is not reset in some sense.
