Well, everything is possible, of course :) However, this particular
feature seems a bit complicated to setup and I am not really convinced
that the result is worth the effort.

One thing tyou can do is setup several .lyx directories (with
different default.ui files) and start different lyx sessions with
different -userdir values. Nothing automatic here, of course...
