You shouldn't be using LyX like this.
The proper way of achieving the above, is to use the PrettyRef reference type
(without writing Figure before the reference, and without marking anything in
bold) and add to the preamble the line
  \newrefformat{fig}{\textbf{Figure~\ref{#1}}}
