Not in Qt. F3 drag from the widget to the background, select "doApply()"
slot, and there you are.

If you're prepared to make a ControlTabular (along with Rob's help on
the GUI side ?) then that'd be an enormous step forward in itself.

(especially as prefs dialog does not really need a controller)
