Hi John,

maybe you did not understand what I wanted to tell. I finally succeeded in
fighting with bugzilla, but I think this complicated procedure prevents
users from reporting bugs. So I reported my difficulties because I thought
it would help to improve the bugtracker. If you don't see any need to
improve it - fine, but I don't think I'll spend time to report bugs in the
future then.

In fact I forgot that cookies were disabled on that browser. Unfortunately
no page did tell me that, there was just the silly login before every page.
Besides from that: Where is documented that bugzilla requires cookies? I
found nothing on bugzilla.lyx.org, and also nothing on the mozilla bug
pages.

Then state this please on the web page and don't ask the user to avoid
duplicates.

Well, there is no link on the main page or the sidebar, you have to search
quite a bit to find it. If there is a link "Feedback" then I would expect a
link to bugzilla at that page.
