Same here, but with RevTeX4 article class. I think it's the Abstract environment in LyX that causes the trouble, 'cause in my case the Abstract keyword overlaps with the address. (screenshot attached). Also, the Acknowledgments keyword overlaps with its previous text (screenshot attached). I see this ever since I use Lars' new .inc files. Is the problem in there?
