Excellent. Things seem to work OK. One thing is that I can deselect
default placement entirely independently of left/right/inner. Is that
correct ? Once I've selected l/r/inner I cannot deselect them again, so
there's something wrong.
Shouldn't it just be a radio button along with the others ?
Can someone think of a nice UI name for this ?
