Actually I agree with Andre here. We should just leave it in the lyx-libdir.
If distributions like it to go into some other place they just have to take
care about that. If a user likes to call it by hand he just has to call it
from the libdir or copy it to somewhere in it's path by hand. At least if
we call it from the libdir (at least from within lyx) we have an easy solution
for the "non installed problem". This are LyX Helper applications I don't
think we should install them into any other dir than the lyxdir!
