Some things like Help->tooltips are wrong in the Qt world.

Mmm, I think so. I need an efficient way to update. I still really want
to see specific signals for these things like lastfiles.
TOC problem could be dealt with easily once Martin's inset work is done,
and only slightly more difficultly now
