You are attempting to go from a hard-wired Section-environment to a Section inset. You have to link the two approaches together! Presumably when I create a Section I want the Paragraph to insert a Section Inset for me automatically. In fact, /only/ this piece of code could do that. I can imagine generalising this to a generic Caption class that would provide the interface to Paragraph. Perhaps. Perhaps not.
