It is useless in my opinion. You need to make several keystrokes (to lock an
inset) in order to *perhaps* save some keystrokes when you will move the
cursor over the inset in the future.

Why not have two "move left" lfun's ?
One which will enter into insets and will be bind to the Left key,
and one that will not enter into insets and will be bind to
M-Left or KP_Left
