How did you create the file ? If I load the file in lyx 1.1.6 and save it, the two lines above become one line. So should the lyx2lyx script handle "semi-valid" lyx files, namely files that do not have the same syntax as files saved by lyx, but are read correctly by lyx ? Of course that handling semi-valid files is desirable, but the question is whether it is worth the coding effort.
