Hmm, what version shall we up? Herbert, I do not want to up the file version in 1.2.1. So what about a patch that allows 1.2.1 to read 1.3.0-style insetgraphics, while letting it output good old size_type anyway? Actually I think I was wrong to tell you I'd accept a jumbo patch for size_kind in 1.2.1... I'd really prefer a minimalist. version.
