I have absoluetely no idea how my gcc 3.1 works.
I tried it with the options from Garst, but that
doesn't worked. I configured and compiled 3.1 then
without any option.

1.2.1 and 1.3 are configured with
--without-aiksaurus (I have problems with gcc3.1)
--disable-nls
and compiled without any option
