This is a bright idea from Lars. A the time I tried to object that it
would make more harm than good, but... 

The idea is that, if a binding does not correspond to anything, lyx
removes modifiers until it works. Yes, I know, this is stupid.

However, I am surprised that caps lock has the same effect than shift
in this case...
