Why would you need this? IMO we just need LEFT/RIGHT (not BEFORE/AFTER)
IMO that left/right are in the same direction in RTL too, isn't it ;)
So before/after are not needed.
Anyway why do you have problems with UP/DOWN? Why should we have to
check it 2 times? IMO the result values should stay as they are if you
don't have a _real_ reason to change them.
