'nice file' is supposed to create a latex file which is human readable
(and not with one word per line). Basically, it is true when you do
export-to-latex and false when you do create-latex-to-typeset it. I am
not sure what effect it has right now (I think Lars did some changes
to that some time ago), but the right semantics for what you are doing
is probably to set it to false (although I suspects it makes no
difference to dump the preamble).
