Not explicitly. Labels may contain "character tokens", and an underline sort of qualifies. The showlabels option from preview in its not-yet-fixed-in-a-regular-release original way of working just typesets the label as_is, and the underline gets in the way. Sorry, I never promised you a rosegarden.
