The bug, as mentioned before in http://www.mail-archive.com/lyx-devel@lists.lyx.org/msg39632.html was there also some time ago; see, for example: http://www.mail-archive.com/lyx-devel@lists.lyx.org/msg39127.html Andre', you fixed it then, somehow.
