If you use a command other than dvips, it might need an argument for the
printer name, e.g.

gnuprint --printer-name myprinter

Why this is set to "-d" I don't know - Angus ?

Of course, this whole UI is really bad anyway.

What xforms version ? This sounds like the old xforms bug (and I think
angus will have worked around it for 1.2.1)
