Toggle all the stuff in that group that has been altered from the
default.  That is, if you have some selected text and some of that
text is bold and you have selected Series:Bold then the stuff that was
already bold will be toggled to not be bold and vice versa.

That is stuff that always affects every character in a selection.
Size can't be toggled unless someone writes code that handles toggling
between the size you specified and the normal size for that paragraph
style (which often isn't \normalsize).

Same again only it always toggles -- if it was already it will toggle
to the non-set state; if it wasn't already it will be set to what you
asked for.
