Well I tested it already and anyway it is the thing to do (I just forgot
it earlier ;)

Ok. First of all we for now do not support scrolling of the tabular if the
cell is larger than the screen (we don't scroll a single cell). This may come
in 1.3.0 or later.
Second I cannot reproduce the case where the selection remains activated, the
only thing I see is that the frame around the inset get's not cleared. I had
a fast look and this also will remain a known BUG for 1.2.x, this will be
solved when we solve the f&r glitches (iterator instead of entering the
insets manually).
