Lars, this patch

fixes a real bug. The only important fact is that we get two new
vertical lengths: theight% and pheight%
Otherwise we can't read 1.1.6-file in the right manner.
textheight% and paperheight% maybe better, but than we have to
change the width of most gui-choices.

it should be applied to 1.2.0
