Dear developers, I was looking at http://www.lyx.org/help/index/indexstyle.php on how to customize the index style. The solutions there seem to be a little complicated.
I guess Lyx just calls makeindex. Wouldn't it be possible to just let lyx send extra command-line options to makeindex? For instance, by opening the Index-box and typing the options there. Maybe this can be included in a next version? Thanks, Bas
