Lars could you please explain me the wheel_jump value? Shouldn't it be
a value in % of the workarea-height? As it is now it seems that it is
the number of rows to scroll, but then we have a hack in scrollDown
which set's this to the workarea-height - (defaultHeight)! IMO this
is pretty stupid. IMO the value should be seen as % of workarea-height
1-<whatever> and we scroll exactly what the user wants. If he wants to
scroll always 2 pages (200%) then we should do that.

As it is now one has to guess the value more or less!
