Everyone, 1.1.6 documents that use floatingfigure will work there because (I
assume) lyx adds \usepackage{floatflt} itself for the old extra para
stuff.
On an upgrade this will break and needs to be added by hand in user
preamble.
I suspect the best fix for this is a release notes comment. Agree ?
