Not bugs, but things that should IMO be done - mention in UPGRADING the fact that babel is not loaded in the same order than before, that layout files need update (DefaultStyle, no more latex Style, what else?). Actually, the current UPGRADING should be scrapped and rewritten. I do not have time for this. - the Inset menu could use a minor reshuffling of its contents. Currently it does not make much sense (why is Lists&TOCs before Floats??). JMarc
