If you want to have the fontsizes, etc, popups correct when changing classes, you could extract from class_update() the part that sets the class parameters (anything not using the BufferParam thingie) and give it another name. Then you would call this from class_update() (check first whether it is needed) and from the place of the code where the class changing takes place. Does this sound like a plan? JMarc
