That is obviously a bug we have to fix! And I also see the point of having
pagedown working not on row boundaries (and this is what we have to do to
fix the bug), as it does when we scroll with the scrollbar!

Well yes, but what I was talking about was the handling of PG/Down inside
insettexts and that they block on the end of the inset.
