I don't think so they are very well bound to insets and a Title layout
surely is NO inset. I think they are bound to your fix reading a layout.
BTW where is the alignment set for a certain layout? I don't see it right
now. The default is BLOCK but for Title layout's it should be set to center
as much as I know. What did really change and since when do we have this
problems? Someone knows? It is possible to do checkouts of the sources for
a certain date?
