It works if you press Ctrl-Enter twice (to get an empty line).
With only one Ctrl-Enter I get:

\AkAddress{My Name
My Street
MyCity}

which then will be concatenated again in the command:

\newcommand{\AkAddress}[1]{\begin{letter}{#1}}
