Using the swanky new viewcvs interface I have ascertained that the devguide.html whose absence someone complained about recently (broken link) is really very, very basic. It has been superceeded by development/Code_rules/Rules in the main cvs tree. Why don't we say that, or html-ise these Rules and reconnect that broken link?
