this is not a question, what the user like!

these are different things!
\documentclass[draft]{article} and
\includegraphics[draft]{myFile}

the first one has nothing to do with the second one! Therefore
the second one gives misunderstandings when placed in the
document-part.

As I said, I don't like these changes, so I'm not interested in
this work. Also in rewriting the help file, which now doesn't
corresponds to the folders!
On the other hand, we don't finished the discussion about
the graphicx-options: which are senseful, which are still missing
and which are nonsense.
