Well I don't know who did it, but I have also an example of the new behaviour.
It's good that now if you do <tab> get a list up (very good), but if you now
type on the list is "not" closing. Well yes it is closing on the very first
time but then it just stays open and it also stays open if you leave the
minibuffer. IMO there is just a small oversight somewhere.
