Well to see exactly what I did you can use cvsweb on insettext.C (I
just added an UpdateLocal(bv, CURSOR, false) in the right place. In
FormParagraph I just added a #warning and a comment for people working
on that one to have a look at (but you probably already saw than one,
didn't you?
