Hmmm, I can see it quite clearly. This cell's height is not adjusted and parts of the former (bigger) red box are still visible. > > - Create a table (2 columns, 30 rows); set the second column to fixed width; > > enter some text into a cell and place the cursor in the middle of the text; > > scroll down using the mouse/scroll bar; select another cell -> the whole column >is erased > > dummy's guide please ? Errr... You mean you don't understand the bug report? > > - Create a very large table (2x30; >screen size); when selecting cell text with >shift-end or shift-pos1, > > the table scrolls quite often unnecessarily, whereas using just >shift-cursorleft/right does not > dummy's guide please ? I thought this bug description is self-explaining. Is there something special that you don't understand? > > - In a table cell with all text being tiny, the cursor size is adjusted within the >cell's red box > > wrt. the cell's height but not outside the red box (i.e. when pressing ESC) > > This won't be fixed because it's not a bug. What should it be if some of the text is >tiny, some is > large ? The mean size of the two ? Well, it's a bug but a rather small one. I think the cursor's height should be the same as (or at least not bigger than) the height of the red text box. Michael
