Well what I see is that we would need a bool for the Paragraph::asString()
function. Something like 'bool fortoc' should be enough IMO!

I still see no really reason to have 2 implementations of more or less the
same thing. Just because we need some if's more is no reason for me to have
to change stuff in 2 places, 2 files when I want to change some general ascii
export stuff!
