I have only seen security reports for php4 and not php3 after all............ :P I don't mind either way unless php4 is completely different to 3 but after a quick glance at: http://www.php.net/manual/en/migration4.php and the FAQ there it seems that it should be reasonably painless and php4 is supposed to be heaps faster than php3. It would look good on the resume to say that I have used both php3 and 4 so I'll let Lars work out a way to make php4 available for a trial to see what breaks. Allan. (ARRae)
