Well I have to admit I didn't look at the code but do we save the old
width? And for what is workarea_.workWidth() used there? Anyway it seems
we call resize anyway so maybe we have all the data but don't use it.
I'm really busy right now with undo/redo (+ real work) so I don't look
at other files right now to not loose concentration it's not really
trivial stuff!
