can't you make it so that posts from an address not subscribed
go to the admin queue and those are whitelisted / ignored as necessary ?
Isn't this the same work for you, and much more friendly to bug
reporters ?
Also it might fix when Andre posts from a non-deliverable email address,
and I get spammed with loads of "Trying for ..." delivery messages :)
