again: I inserted the label inside the ert with lyx
because it is easier than to write \label{...}.
in 1.2 there is no insert->label inside ert possible.
therefore it makes sense to convert a label inside
ert from 1.1.6 to 1.2 as \label{...}. than all
works well!
