I'm pretty sure the behaviour of the above is still ASIS. The problem is that we are able to scroll columns but it may be that we're not able to scroll a multicolumn cell with more than one column. I'm not sure thought. I'm SUPER sure that we're NOT able to scroll the tabular if we're inside say a foot inset and that one would like to scroll.
