I *think* I've asked this before, but I don't remember an answer. When a new version of LyX is released, I often have to run the 'Reconfigure' menu item to make it notice my latex install properly, and suchlike.
Is there any way I can make the lyx debian package somehow have the effect of running 'Reconfigure' for all users on the system just after install? Or is it something users will have to do themselves? Jules
