this is certainly the case. However, I would suggest if you don't want
crashes, then don't use an unstable version. lyx 1.1.6fix3 is much more
stable (though far from perfect).

Again, don't do production work with an unreleased product !

I'm positive the team won't let 1.2.0 out until the (large number of) major
bugs are fixed. Fixing some usability things (random example: the enforced
distinction between table cell and inset-inside-table-cell) won't happen
any time soon, but they are less important.

Andre re-wrote mathed so it /was/ maintainable again. This is obviously a good
thing. I'm sure specific helpful bug reports (such as Michael provides) would
be appreciated by Andre.
