The bug in CVS which is also mentioned on Michael's list:
Chosing e.g. a wide tabular and "Here, definitely" leads to an empty
float. If I insert
\restylefloat{tabular*}
into the preamble, the float is o.k. (the tabular is displayed in the
output).
Very easy to reproduce (also with wide figure and wide algorithm).
